Welcome to Texan Floor Service (“TFS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of texanfloor.com and related online content (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is intended to describe our commercial and industrial flooring capabilities, showcase projects, and help you contact us.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Not a substitute for a contract

Information on the Site is for general marketing and educational purposes. Quotes, schedules, warranties, and scope of work for any project are governed solely by written agreements, purchase orders, or other signed documents between you and Texan Floor Service—not by website copy alone.

3. Services we describe

Texan Floor Service provides commercial and industrial flooring services, which may include installation, renovation, maintenance, and related solutions such as carpet tile, LVT, epoxy, polished concrete, terrazzo, performance systems, and facility programs. Specific offerings vary by project and are confirmed during consultation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with Site operation, scraping the Site in a way that harms performance, uploading malware, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texan Floor Service and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site (other than liability that cannot be limited under applicable law) is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for access to the Site in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for informational browsing) or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Texan Floor Service against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, you agree that courts located in Harris County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will include an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
