Texan Floor Service (TFS) delivered a comprehensive commercial flooring solution for Target’s 1.2 million-square-foot distribution center in the Houston metropolitan area. Designed to support round-the-clock logistics, heavy machinery traffic, and high-density material handling, the multi-phase project encompassed new concrete placement, high-durability concrete polishing, heavy-duty epoxy coating systems, and precision floor layouts. A defining feature of the project was TFS’s deployment of advanced HP SitePrint™ robotic technology to execute permanent, pinpoint floor markings—including staging zones, vehicle traffic lanes, safety boundaries, and custom Target-branded graphics. Engineered to resist fading and wear under severe forklift abrasion, these precision markings ensure long-term visibility and operational efficiency. TFS managed the entire project on a phased schedule within an active facility, maintaining zero interruption to ongoing supply chain operations and delivering the complete 1.2 million-square-foot scope ahead of schedule while meeting Target’s rigorous quality and safety standards.
