Meridiana, New Master Planned Community

Texan Floor Service (TFS) completed a multi-surface flooring installation within Meridiana, a premier master-planned community in the Houston area. The objective was clear: deliver durable, high-performance flooring systems that support daily resident use while maintaining a clean, cohesive, and elevated aesthetic consistent with a modern residential development. The scope of work included carpet installation in common areas, along with tile and wood flooring in restrooms, each selected for durability, moisture resistance, and long-term performance. This project demonstrates TFS’s ability to execute refined flooring solutions for large-scale residential communities where functionality, design continuity, and quality are essential.
