Texan Floor is proud to put its latest large-scale hospital installation on display! This staggering 3,000 square yard Tarkett Official and Mannington Commercial sheet vinyl project completed at Ascension Seton Williamson hospital in Austin, Texas in conjunction with Rogers-O’Brien Construction showcases the latest in healthcare design. HKS delivered beautiful specifications from Tarkett’s IQ Optima and Mannington Commercial’s BioSpec SR collections. Substrate preparation and sundries including XF Feather Finish and Ardex X3 thin-set were provided by Ardex Americas.
Hospital projects are always a logistical challenge, but meeting deliverables is much easier when trades can be consolidated and crews are properly trained and experienced. Texan Floor not only performed the sheet vinyl installation on this project; it also completed the ceramic tile installation in the bath facilities as well as the sealed concrete in the electrical rooms. This multi-faceted approach is but one aspect of what makes Texan Floor different than other dealers. Texan Floor can provide quality craftsmanship and skilled tradesmen for nearly all flooring and wall covering systems eliminating the need for multiple subcontractors thereby streamlining coordination and obviating concerns over disparate levels of quality. If you have a project with a diverse array of finishes, trust Texan Floor to be your singular resource for the Division 9 finishes installation.
